Returns
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you aren't completely satisfied with your product, please reach out. As this is a handcrafted product and errors do happen during the crafting process. Our goal is for you to you to love our products as much as we do!   

Please get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your product at thetallowhouse@gmail.com. Please list your order number, the concern and attach photos. 

Damages and issues during shipping
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please attach photos. The Tallow House will evaluate the issue within 72 hours and get back to you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards are final sale items, no refunds will be given.
